Thankfully things are more settled now. This was my first property purchase ever, in midlife after renting since my teens. Whilst searching for a property I dealt with many estate agents from a variety of firms. Although he was dealing with three of life’s cynics (me, my sister and her partner!) Ashley immediately stood out as being different from a typical estate agent. Personable, honest, total integrity, in short, an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. I teased Ashley about the million-pound properties on the Marriott Vernon website which were totally out of my league, joking that I would be wasting his time, yet Ashley clearly provides his clients with the same outstanding level of service, whatever their budget.
