Let Service – 10% including VAT (One month’s rent + VAT)
With our let only service we will guide you through each stage of the process from initial market appraisal to tenants moving in.
Our service includes:
- Expert Market Appraisal
- Photography by KTV
- Photography and Floorplan
- Listings on major portals Rightmove and Zoopla
- Social Media marketing
- Accompanied viewings
- Processing of all tenants ID and right to rent checks
- Reference All Tenants
- Handling of initial tenancy fees
- Registration of tenants deposit (maximum of 5 weeks rent) with the government recognised scheme -TDS
- Custodial/Mydeposits Custodial
Rent Collection – 10.8% including VAT (9% + VAT)
Our let and rent collection service includes our Lettings service along with collection of the monthly rent and providing a monthly statement.
Fully Managed Service – 12% including VAT (10% + VAT)
With our fully managed service, we offer our Lettings and rent collection service as well as:
- Out of hours emergency number for tenants
- Management of maintenance works
- Property Inspections and safety checks
- Deposits dispute negotiations
- Agency commission fees are quoted a % of the annual rent.
